Before Starting this Application...

To help this online application go smoothly, please have the following on hand:

Dates of any previous expulsion and reinstatement periods.
Dates of any previous suspension and reinstatement periods.
Copies of school transcripts, expulsion and/or suspension documents (helpful to have in a PDF format to upload).
Dates and times of any anticipated appointments that may require your child to leave school.
Emergency contacts.
List of student's medications.

At McAdams Academy, we believe a child's education is the responsibility of their parents/guardians. The staff at McAdams is committed to working with you in accomplishing that goal.

When you enroll your child in McAdams, as the parent/guardian, you are also making a commitment. We encourage parents/guardians to participate in classroom activities, field trips, lunches, and strategies designed to improve your student's academic life and behavior.

After McAdams reviews your application, we will contact you to set up a meeting with you and your child.
